Move-In Condition
When a home is in move-in condition, it means that you can get the key and move your things into the home. You don't have to wait for anything to be done to the home. There is no need to paint or do anything to the floors. A home that is in move-in condition might be a brand new home, or it might be a home that is being rented. When you decide to get a home in this condition, you will usually enter an agreement that if there is anything wrong with the home, then you are responsible for fixing it. Some houses that are listed in this condition do have some work that needs to be done. This is why it is called move-in condition. However, you can usually get the home for a lower price if you have to fix several things in the home.
