The fireplace and shed are not available for use. NO PETS, NO SMOKING Proof of 1 M Liability Policy required. All tenants must fill out application for credit report and references. A $500. cleaning charge will be collected at signing as well as a security deposit and first month's rent. Additional information regarding the property will be provided at the appointment.
