Downstairs, another bathroom, laundry room and additional room (office) were added. The kitchen was updated in 2005, downstairs bath in 2014 and upstairs bath in 2023. Both bathrooms are accessible with low threshold showers. The outbuildings and pool deck were probably added in the late 1960's or 1970's. A new liner and automatic cover were updated in 2004-5. The old chicken house was convenient to store umbrellas and chairs; the old smokehouse is the home of the pool filter and storage shed. One owner was affiliated with the National Arboretum and loved to bring plant cuttings and trees out to the farm.
