Guest bath has a single vanity with a tub/shower combo. A full-size sleeper sofa in the living room for additional sleeping space. Want a quiet space to sit and read? The Den/Florida room is the perfect spot! The open patio is canopy-covered to provide a sun shade and protection from light rains. Enjoy your coffee and pastry breakfasts at sunrise, cocktails in the evening and everything in between. Your view of the back yard is of lawn and mature trees. If you aren t dining at one of the nearby popular restaurants: Coconut Jack's Waterfront Grille, Leoni's Pizzeria, Enzo's Italian, Corner Spot, C-Level, The Fish House, or Doc's Beach House, your fully loaded gourmet kitchen offers everything you ll need for preparing your own exquisite meals including an air fryer oven. The courts at Naples' Veteran's Park are only 6 miles/14-minute drive. Or you may choose to play at Bonita Springs YMCA, also about a 6-mile drive. Our Smart TVs include over 200 channels, but we encourage you to bring your own streaming device, like Roku or Firestick, that has all your favorites. A complete private laundry inside is for your use. Please note the garage is not available for use by guests, as it is locked for the homeowner's use only when they come to stay for their family vacations.
