Having grown up and lived in the Greater Tampa Bay Area for most of my life, I have not only experienced much of what this area has to offer but have participated in its growth and development. With nine years of commercial real estate experience as well as eight years of custom home building under my belt, I offer a unique blend of communication, analytics, and negotiating skills. These skills coupled with my personal perspective as a buyer, seller, developer, and builder, have aided my efforts to ensure each of my clients achieve their individual desired outcome.
