He was not just knowledgable about the area and what he wanted, but he was also aggressive (I think that is the proper term) in finding the kind of property we wanted. And believe me, this is our retirement home, so it had to be perfect for us! Once the offer was made and accepted he kept us up-to-date about where the sale was and when the milestones would be. He is also one of the friendliest people I have ever known. I wholeheartedly recommend Adam to anyone looking for or selling a house in this area.
