Buyer reviewI felt Alicia understood my needs. Also I felt that she was easy to talk to and made me feel comfortable. Feeling comfortable was very important to me. I needed someone to talk to me as a person not a number. Her knowledge made me feel secured. Alicia was always one phone call away. She returned every single one in my phone calls, texts and emails in a timely manner. Was always patient and understanding when I needed things explained to me. Her flexibility and availability was greatly appreciated. Accommodated appointments to work around my schedule as much as possible and was respectful of my time. As a first time buyer I needed to have someone on my side that could explain the process with simple and normal terminology. I felt that Alicia provided this for me.
