Alisa Smith has worked in real estate since 2014. She started her own transaction coordinating company, Carolina Transaction Coordinators, LLC in 2019. Her passion for helping others coupled with her experience in the field have carried her serving clients in SC, NC & Florida through the years. Born and raised in Charleston, SC, Alisa is passionate about real estate and more than ready to provide quality service, build healthy relationships, & ultimately give each client the absolute best home owning experience. Outside of real estate, she enjoys spending time with family, home decor and shopping. One of the biggest personal highlights for Alisa is her non-profit, The JMS Swim Foundation. An Organization that she built in memory of her son. She's currently serving the state of South Carolina, and soon to be providing realtor services in North Carolina & Georgia as well.
