Hi, I am Alycia Gaines. I was born and raised in eastern NC. I moved to Western NC when I was 18 and loved it so much, I decided to stay. I have a loving husband, three amazing children, a dog, a cat, and two fish. As a family we love to spend time outside hiking, kayaking, fishing, camping, and swimming.
When it comes to real estate, I am an agent that travels, and I have experience helping sellers and buyers in multiple counties within the Western North Carolina region. I, also, have experience selling land ranging anywhere from 0.5 to 309 acres.
I spent 10 years working in various positions with the government helping people in our community. With this experience, I can really hear and understand my client's needs. Helping people is my life calling, so transitioning to real estate has allowed me to continue to serve others. I like to have a relaxed and enjoyable experience while working with my clients to better serve their needs. I want to help my clients feel confident when they sit down at the closing table.

Buyer reviewAlycia Gaines made the process of searching and buying a new home seamless. We did not live in the area we were searching in, which was an area we were not familiar with. She was accomodating to our schedule and very knowledgeable about a fairly large area of the state with multiple communities. She always returned our texts, calls or emails promptly. She was responsive to each and every request or question that we had. She has a pleasant personality and extremely patient with us and every other realtor or seller we came in contact with. We can't say enough good things about her, would use her again and would highly recommend her to anyone buying or selling in the greater Asheville area.
