Amber Deschamp was a God send for us during a monumental life altering time. She was so kind, considerate and hard working. We truly felt that we did not just have an agent but made a friend. We are thankful for her and what we were able to accomplish together.

As a first time buyer, this was not an easy process. This was something that I was not familiar with but my overall process was something that was really rewarding in the end. Amber went above and beyond with the communication between buyers, sellers, and agents. This was a very long process with multiple different documents throughout the process. As a first time buyer, it was super helpful to have someone that was patience and able to communicate in different ways to make sure I was fully understanding what I was getting into. Amber was able to work well with the other agents to negotiating with all the issues that came up during our process such as appraisal value, ac issues, and home inspections. She was very motivated to make sure our best interest was taken care of!

My wife and I were actually looking at another property that we were interested in. Upon arrival at the property, we quickly realized that what we saw online (pics) was not indicitave of what the property was in reality. We knew, after a few minutes, that this was not what we wanted. To Amber's credit, she didn't downplay the property, but as we were leaving, she said to my wife that she felt strongly that this property was not what we would be happy with. We then pivoted to a neighborhood and home that my wife had seen on Zillow, and asked Amber if she could show us that property. She made a call, and soon we were touring what was to become our new home. Amber was terrific during the entire showing and was most helpful with affording us with names and phone numbers of contractors that we could contact for additional upgrades to the home.

We bought our home sight unseen, which felt daunting when we began our search. As soon as we contacted Amber we immediately felt we were in good hands. Her knowledge and experience eased our minds, and she was willing to go the extra mile to help us with things we were not able to do in person. She was crucial to the positive experience we had!
