We primarily chose Ana Thigpen based on her sales record (indicated she was not a part time realtor) and her customer reviews. Ana had sold many homes in the surrounding areas which indicated she had a good understanding of the local market. The closing process went relatively smoothly with only a title hiccup that a prior lender had to clear. The entire transaction took less than 30 days to close from offer to funds dispersed. That is very rare in a real estate transaction. Ana was spot on in pricing the property as Devore is a unique market area. Ana always responded quickly to any of our questions or concerns and went above and beyond to help coordinate inspections and work on the house as my brother and I primarily handled from out of town. The entire sales experience went very smoothly as well, especially given the amount of work that needed to be done on the property. We were very impressed and grateful for the network of home improvement providers that Ana had established strong relationships. They all spoke very highly of Ana and were quality providers.
