Knowing how crazy the San Francisco Bay Area housing market is currently, we needed a skilled agent who has a great proven track record and the knowledge to get the job done. Patrick Lam was very professional and made sure the buyers, the tenants, and appraisers were informed what was going on and their responsibilities in with regard to the sale. His communication skills are excellent. Whenever we had a question he either knew the answer or he would find out for us. Patrick Lam has a great understanding of the particular happenings of the whole Bay Area market. He's knowledgable of each Bay Area district and neighborhoods. His understanding of the seller's and buyer's situations is also a major factor. In the future, out next house purchase will be with Patrick Lam.

This is particularly important to first-time homebuyers who want to know the process in both English and Chinese. We successfully bought our home in the 3rd offer. We did not know that purchasing a home can be so competitive in the Bay Area. Clara is patient and respectful when communicating with us. She is responsible and responsive in delivering our messages and thoughts to the seller's agent. The overall process and communication are smooth, constructive, and excellent. If I am lucky enough to buy another home in the future, I will definitely contact Clara again.
