Ann Vaughn of CENTURY 21 Selling Paradise

We met Ann at an Open House. We became engaged in conversation and what we were interested in finding. Following that, Ann Vaughn contacted us back, mentioning the possibility of such a property but was not listed at that time. Based on our desire, Ann contacted the owner and was able to suggest its sale. Based on our interest in that property we began the process of submitting an offer on its purchase. Being a dual agent in such a proposal is challenging event. As a professional engineer servicing the Real Estate industry, I was impressed by Ann's ethics! Timely, efficient and nothing seemed difficult or stressful to the staff, although in reality, that is never the case! well done! My background as an engineer in Real Estate support services has dramatically reshaped my impression of a professional Realtor. In my opinion, most buyers/sellers tend to see Realtors as an informed cashier at the end of the transaction. Nothing can be further from the truth of that assumption. As buyers from the north, we neither had nor knew any support services locally. Ann provided the names and contact list of such people, which was an enormous help. And like Ann's character we were likewise impressed with these people.
