She was understanding of out situation and the need to move as quickly as possible with the sale of the property, There were many roadblocks, including needing to evict (twice) and cleaning up of the property. Also, the former tenants continues to break into the property after vacating including during the time is was listed for sale. A couple of weeks prior to the closing we discovered the former tenants removed a wooden utility building from the property! Though all of this, Anna supported us.
