Jon Murray worked very hard on this sale, including dealing with some frustrating false starts with potential buyers that took up a lot of time but weren't really realistic. Ultimately the sale worked out fine. I can't say enough positive things about hard Jon Murray's worked. He saved me a lot of time during a difficult period in my life. I would absolutely do business with him again. Considering the effort he put into this, I think the commission paid was a bargain. I knew it would take some time to sell my house due to price, COVID and the time of year, but I'm satisfied that we did well, and exceeded my expectations.
