Seller reviewWe picked Anne because we saw that she specialized in the Herald Harbor, MD area. After our first meeting, we knew she was the right person due to her easy going yet friendly demeanor and confidence in her ability to sell the property. Our 1 year old daughter took to her immediately as she was so good with her which was a big plus for us. She was instrumental in keeping us updated on all aspects of the marketing process as well as explaining things to first time sellers as to mitigate stress levels. She was also great during the negotiations of the asking price. Once the house was under contract, the smooth nature of the process can only be attributed to Anne's expertise. The only negative thing I can say is that we had to move away from Anne because she is so good at what she does. We will miss Anne and always remember the sale of our first home thanks to her.
