Buyer reviewI have worked with A.J. Allen in the past to purchase a couple of rental properties and was very impressed with his knowledge of the housing market and at that time he was fairly new. (couple years ago). He impressed me then and has impressed me even more so now that he has the experience to back it up. I have worked with other realtors in the past and wouldn't even consider going back to the other guys. A.J. is not only knowledgable but is very quick to get back to me whether it was something minor to something major that I had concerns about Like I stated earlier, He is very knowledable and very quick to get back in touch no matter the situation and goes above and beyond to answer any concerns I may have. I trust his judgment on property value and other concerns I have had. Very friendly and has a trusting nature about him. He was not misleading and upfront. He shows up on time every time we scheduled anything and honestly went above and beyond to accomadate my schedule
