In 2005 I achieved the distinguished Silver Award for the Fourth year in a row and sold over 12 million dollars in Real Estate.

Our family could not asked for a better broker than Mr Morda. He sold our deceased parent's home in less than 3 months. He kept both my brother and I well informed with emails and phone calls. There were numerous showings of the home and feedbacks from the showings were received.Prior to Mr Morda, we had different realty office and broker that did few showings, no feedbacks nor communications. We wasted 6 months with this broker. It was such a pleasant and successful experience with Mr Morda and we would highly recommend him to anyone buying or selling a home in the East Greenwich area.

Anthony couldn't have done a better job for us. He provided a detailed analysis of comparable sales to assist us in pricing the house. Anthony then gave us fantastic insights on staging the house and provided a professional photographer for photos. In the first week we had 15 showings, two offers, and a contract to sell. We had many hurdles after contract resulting from buyers inspection but Anthony provided expert guidance at every step. He was always accessible - the rare few times he didn't pick up his cell phone he returned my call within a few minutes. He is a knowledgeable real estate individual, wonderful to work with. I highly recommend him!!?
