She was able to identify quick fixes and areas for improvement that I wouldn't have considered and which, overall, greatly improved the salability of the house and yard. Julie turned our somewhat neglected house and yard into a beautiful home, beloved by all who saw it. She personally orchestrated the brokers' and public open houses which were a huge success and resulted in multiple excellent offers immediately afterwards. Julie helped me in reviewing the multiple offers and negotiating with the potential buyers. There is no doubt that the repairs and 'nice touches' Julie recommended resulted in solid offers up to 4 times the cost of the repairs/renovations. All in all, this was such a superb experience from beginning to end. I enthusiastically recommend Julie Ouellette without reservation as an excellent real estate broker.

Julie and her team provided a complete range of services. They went out of their way to accommodate us regarding open houses, staging recommendations, selecting an asking price that was different than what we had in mind, but proved to be exactly right. Julie also suggested other professionals, eg painters, carpet cleaners etc. who did excellent work at moderate prices. We consider Julie a friend and hope that we'll stay in touch in the future.
