Buyer reviewThe process of selling our condo was a little bumpy and handled very well by Arben. Finding a new home was extremely emotional. We lost 3 houses before we finally found our dream house. The first house we actually bought, after the inspection we had numerous issues for the next month. Over 50k in undisclosed repairs that the sellers were trying to get over on us. The way Arben handled these issues over that month was exceptional. There was a lot of back and forth, negotiating, getting contractors out to give estimates on the issues. Meeting with additional inspectors for these issues. It was very very time consuming and Arben did it all without a moment of hesitation. The sellers already lived out of state, and it was their responsibility to do all of that leg work, but Arben knew we loved the house so he took it all on himself. Words can't describe how happy we are with his service!!
