Seller reviewI was very pleased with Ashley and her team. She kept me informed daily, my confidence high, and my mind at ease through the process. I was watching homes around me drop tens of thousands of dollars weekly and I was in a bit of a panic. Her confidence and knowledge of my neighborhood/comps assured me that it was all going to work out. And it did! I am very greatful. I was very eager to sell this property and was willing to start off at a lower asking price. Ashley spent a lot of time doing research, challenge my thinking, and also got together with her broker. Together they spent a lot of time coming up with a number that they thought was fair. It was much higher than I was expecting or wanting to go, but I put trust in Ashley and her team. Per square foot we made more money than most homes in that area and with her relentless work had an offer within two weeks that funded. I am very grateful for Ashley, and her entire team on how seamless the process went.
