When buying property from out of town it is difficult to pick a realtor to work with. Although Century 21 1st Choice Realty was recommended by a relative, there is still some skepticism until you actually work with them. We are pleased to say that we were truly blessed in our search for land and water rights to be guided to this Realtor and to Ashley Milne as our Agent. In all our years of buying and selling property we have not had the complete service and professionalism like we received with this transaction. It was a small transaction in terms of Real Estate, meaning the commissions were very small, yet we were treated as if it was a million dollar deal.
