What more can I say? Barb Stocking was awesome! Selling a home is overwhelming, even our first home! Barb was there to help us navigate through process of selling! She took the time to show us what we needed to do to get our home ready to be presented to prospective buyers, had awesome photos of our home taken and helped us get through the negotiation process. Because this was the first time my wife and I sold a home, we had no clue what we were doing, and to add, the buyer of our home is active in the military and went through the VA to purchase. This was no problem for Barb as she was able to get us through the extra steps necessary to get VA approval. No matter what time it was (8am or 11pm), she made herself available to answer any questions we had (and believe me, we had plenty!). I highly recommend Barb for anyone looking to buy or sell a home!

She also handled everything with the utmost professionalism even though at times the other parties involved did not reciprocate.
