Seller reviewBarb was phenomenal! She made things so easy. She arranged a handy man to do some repairs, a cleaning person to clean, the inspectors, everything! This was huge to be because I am living 2 hours away from the house I was selling. I thought the process would require me to make several trips down to the house, but she handled everything! She is the sweetest lady and took all my stress of selling away. I would highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a realtor!

Seller reviewBarbara Jones was a consummate professional. She knows the market place and she is aware of clients needs. She has a plan that makes the sale of a house seem less overwhelming to the seller by going over the steps to her plan and how we will approach this process as a team. I asked many questions and she had most answers. If she had to check up on data she was quick to return the info in a timely manner. I felt supported in the entire process from listing the house to closing. After the closing their are some small transer things that need to be completed and she reassured me she is there to help till the end. I find it not only kind but truly supported and that means alot to me.

Her attention to detail, like hiring a professional photographer and thoroughly analyzing the market (before we met) paid dividends immediately. We had nearly thirty tour requests within two days of listing, and several offers shortly thereafter. Very impressed with her and the results. Couldn't have asked for more.
