With 30 years experience in Civil, Survey, Structural, Architectural and Utilities design, my objective in entering into real estate brokerage is to be able to inform my clients as to the level of integrity of their investment, and advise them in the possibilities for building retrofit, interior/exterior layout and/or conversion.

My background includes redesign for drainage of parking lots and urban hardscape, historic map overlay for deep urban utilities location, forensic investigation and analysis, and commercial 3D electrical and plumbing design. Also septic system design and replacement analysis, hookup to municipal sewer, sanitary sewer line extension, alternative septic design for high water table, and structural retrofitting in steel, wood and masonry. I have also created driveway bridging for vertical construction zones.

I have experience in structural retrofitting for restoration of historic architecture in both steel and timber. I also have experience in retaining wall design for major projects and residential developments for the prevention of landslides in vulnerable areas.

In survey work I have extensive experience in subdivision layout, plats, parcel and site maps as well as ALTA surveys, FEMA floodplain, bio, environmental and wetlands maps.

I am very familiar with county and municipal standards of compliance and have done work in most of the major cities of the United States.
