Barbie is energetic, competent, interesting, and very willing to help! We were busy with travel and other things in our lives, and Barbie managed every detail of the property search, negotiation, change to titling to make the deal happen--which could have been a deal-killer--and the closing. She was extremely attentive to making sure agreed-upon "punch list" items were completed, prior to the close, as well as getting critical home operation instruction documented with the seller. She's even arranged for us to talk with the seller, which gives us great peace of mind in terms of transitioning well into being new owners of this property. She's the best! I've said all I can--Barbie is the best realtor we've ever had, and we've owned many properties. The Virginia Gentleman, Clyde, was very helpful. Annette, the closer, was flawless.
