Seller reviewI found Barbara Pedersen to be a delight to work with and would highly recommend her to others. She was fun and light-hearted (which I needed emotionally as I was selling my parents house) but serious when need be, knowledgeable of the local market, and knew companies to get the inspection items repaired for a fair rate. She kept me informed every step of the way via texts, emails, and phone calls (I live out of state).

It was never just a show up, list the house, collect the commission situation. They worked hard and that is rare and incredibly valuable.
