Welcome to my site! As a member of the Century 21 team, I am here to help you buy or sell a home. I possess an extensive knowledge of the area, having grown up in the Killeen area since 1968. I attended public schools here and was one of the first graduating classes from Ellison High School. I am proud to call this area home. I welcome you to put your trust in me to pass on this knowledge when assisting you in the buying or selling process.
I am also happy to say I have been the listing agent for a local builder, Victory Homes, for over 15 years. You will find our homes across Central Texas. We build everything from entry level homes to highly customized homes. We would be happy to talk with you about building your first home or your forever home.

Seller reviewBary is one of the best examples of character I know. When I purchased this home in 2007, Bary went to bat for me and we became friends shortly after. We attended KUMC in Killeen, TX. where we grew as better friends. Later when I had been absent from TX for more than six years, it was time to let this property go. Bary got me out of a bad situation with my property management team, that was trying to short sell my house. He went to bat for me again and got me asking price, which generated a profit on my end. His performance is awesome and he gets the job done without having the seller or buyer do any of the work. I not only trust him as a real estate professional but am glad to call him friend. Highly recommended for all military, that is how I received my referral for Bary and I will continue to pass his name along to any moving to the Ft Hood area.

We are in another state so it was even more difficult trying to get it ready to sell. Bary worked well with our management company and made sure it was ready to sell in less than a month.
