Born in Bad Kreuznach, Germany, I grew up in a military environment due to my father working in the Army, we moved all over when I was 5 years old. I love the outdoors, hiking and coffee is most likely my addiction. I became a Personal Trainer after years of skill development training. I have a huge passion for helping people and providing my knowledge. Another passion of mine is for cars and jeeps, actively incorporating them into my lifestyle.
