Seller reviewWe contacted Bill in advance of selling our house. He came to look at it and gave us some rough ideas for cost and any items we could do make it more "saleable". Among them was to do a house inspection to see what the inspector would point out. This was critical and we spent quite a bit of time working on the list. Bill was right on the mark for expections of price listing and the season for what we could expect for interested buyers. Bill was excellent to communicate with and good to work with. His knowledge of various legal issues such as septic tank inspection and others also made our part in getting contacts made to do the work really helped to make it all easy. I'd easly recommend Bill for anyone wanting some advice and agent on how to sell their house and who to work with.
