Beverly is a longtime resident and dedicated real estate professional serving the Silver City/Grant County area for over 25 years. Originally from the beautiful mountains of West Virginia, she moved to El Paso, Texas, at age 15, where she graduated from Stephen F. Austin High School and began her career as a secretary and insurance processor. Beverly later moved to Silver City, New Mexico, with her husband when he was transferred for work, and they quickly fell in love with the town's welcoming atmosphere and distinct four seasons.
With six children in their blended family, Beverly earned her real estate license when her kids were old enough to allow her to start a career in real estate. Over the years, she continued to expand her expertise by attending Western New Mexico University and earning several professional designations, including CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), SRES (Senior Residential Specialist), e-PRO (internet proficiency), and is currently working on the ABR (Accredited Buyer's Representative) designation.
Beverly is passionate about helping her clients find their perfect home-whether it's a first-time purchase, a more spacious upgrade, or a dream retirement property. When representing sellers, she strives to list the property at the best possible price and sets out to make every transition smooth and stress-free.
Having lived in Silver City, New Mexico longer than anywhere else, Beverly proudly calls it "home" and loves the friendly community, cool nights, fresh air, and proximity to the Gila National Forest. She's become a trusted name in local real estate, always putting her clients' interests first and making every effort to provide knowledgeable, compassionate service.

Seller reviewBeverly Hamill was great to work with on selling my parents' home. Due to health issues, my parents were not able to leave the house during showings. Beverly accommodated my parents with stellar communication with us and the buyer's broker. The house was priced perfectly and marketed well to only need 2 showings and a broker open house before a great offer came our way. Beverly walked us through everything we needed to do to have a successful closing and she accomplished this without causing undue stress for my parents. When repairs needed to be made to the house, Beverly provided us with vetted referrals to get the work done at a reasonable price. Beverly Hamill was a pleasure to work with.
