Seller reviewBob has the experience to guide a seller or buyer through the process. He is able to listen or give input at the appropriate times. He recognized our unique situation and property and was able to help us to position ourselves for the sale. Although the buyer ultimately came through another realtor, Bob saw us through to the end. Should we be looking to buy or sell in the future we would love to work with Bob again. We ran into some confusion between us and our lawyer and the buyers and their lawyer during negotiations. Bob helped walk us through the process by explaining what our options where. The closing took 6 hours and Bob was there the whole time. It meant a lot to know we had him with us for the final lap.
