Real Estate is not a job-it's my Passion - became my motto in 1985 when I first became a licensed Realtor, then moving forward to obtaining my Broker's license in 1996. I was selected by my peers as "Salesperson of the year" in 1995 and 2000 and Realtor of the year in 2008. I've served as a State Director, currently a local Director (for the 3rd term) past President of our local Board and have served on various committees, to include Risk Reduction, M.L.S. and Government affairs. I've received Mediation training , in the past served on the Grievance committee and now serve on the Professional Standards committee.

There is so much satisfaction when you close that "first time" home buyer who may have had credit problems or other issues and never dreamed you could help them navigate through all those problems so they could purchase their own home. Many of my buyers and sellers are past clients or referrals, some of them are the children of clients I worked with when I first became a Realtor. With MAFB here in Great Falls, I've had the opportunity to assist many military families. I've had the good fortune to work with one of the most reputable builders in Great Falls to help buyers build their dream home.

Working with buyers and sellers, sometimes in death or divorce situations, you have to wear may hats. Realtor, financial advisor, councilor, sounding board, friend, and sometimes just someone they can take their frustration out on.
