Seller reviewBrady Haire is a great realtor, he's professional, prompt and a good negotiator. He's also very good at assessing contracts and following up with other folks in the deal. More than once he and I had a conversation that went like this: me: 'I have a question about item A'. Brady: 'That caught my eye as well, I already followed up with Mrs. Smith and the story on A is...' This is a fantastic aspect of working with Brady. Additionally he has good working relationships with many of the other local realtors so when negotiating he is clearly basing recommendations on personal knowledge of where the other party is positioned. I would recommend him to anyone who's interested in selling a home.
