Seller reviewTwenty years ago Brandy Eckroth financially finangled me into this very same income property (no easy feat!). I wasn't sure what to price it at for sale (it was a small unit, but in a very nice association), but Brandy set it about $10,000 higher than I was figuring and secured a buy within days. She knows all the ins and outs of Condominimum dos and dont's and what ratios are involved for owner occupied ownership versus rental property. It is a minefield to me, but not for Brandy. The escrow moved along at light speed and probably set a record. She always stayed in contact and knew when to prod us into providing data and funds to the escrow crew. I have complete confidence in Brandy and her stewardship.

Seller reviewBrandy was referred to me by my previous real estate agent who is now retired. She said Brandy will work hard for you, and she was correct. This was a tenant occupied investment property, and I don't live in the state. We sold the house very quickly, for more than asking price which was great. However getting the tenants to leave peacefully was difficult. I couldn't of asked for a better agent to help me through this stressful process. Her knowledge of tenant California law is top-notch, and I felt supported and safe with her helping me through this process. She got the job done and I feel very lucky I have found Brandy to work with.
