I am out of state so he handled a lot of the in person things for me such as utility installs, meeting with contractors, inspectors etc. He was proactive to take care of issues and came to me with solutions instead of problems for me to solve. I felt like he had everything under control and I did not have to micromanage him or question next steps with him. I'll definitely recommend Braxten Tatum.
