Carl has been licensed in real estate since 2001. Over the years he has provided excellent service to his clients and has closed many transactions representing both buyers and sellers throughout central Ohio. He takes your goals seriously and personally. Carl also owns investment rental properties and has helped others invest in residential real estate.

After 25+ years in the corporate world, he realized he wanted to shift all focus on what he really enjoys, REAL ESTATE! This was a great way for him to do what he loves while still using the skills he obtained in the corporate setting (customer service, pricing, contracting, negotiation, project management, and financial management).

Carl grew up in the Central Ohio area in Grandview Heights and Worthington. He currently resides in Worthington after living in Clintonville for 20 plus years and also in Italian Village. He attended The Ohio State University. He has a B.S in Accounting and an MBA from Franklin University.

Carl has been the recipient of numerous sales awards including The Ohio Realtors President's Sales Club Award of Achievement in 2022, 2023, and 2024. The Ohio Realtors President's Sales Club Award of Distinction in 2021. In addition, Carl was awarded the Columbus Realtors President's Commitment Award in 2019 and the President's Excellence Award in 2021.
