The market was challenging what with road construction, Lake pollution issues affecting our waters and he literally had to sell our unit 3 times before it closed. He worked tirelessly for almost a year in a downward market and achieved a very good result. Carl was our realtor for the purchase of our unit over 4 years ago and our realtor for the recent sale.
