We needed a great deal of guidance and education in how to pick and purchase our first home. She previewed properties, listened to our needs (even though they seemed to evolve over time), worked with our hectic schedule, communicated well and was extremely friendly and easy to work with. When it came time to make an offer, she made it happen at at the price we intended to pay. I cannot make any criticisms or recommendations for improvement.
