Seller reviewCarolyn listed my mothers house in November of the previous year. We had multiple offers within just a few business days. I strongly felt she would be able to do the same showing my house in January -I was right. The first time I met her she impressed me with her knowledge of all things realty related. She also impressed a friend who was just listening to our conversation. I trust Carolyn's judgment, her knowledge of the industry and her integrity. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy/sell a home. I just don't think they come any better than Carolyn Marino. Carolyn is extremely competent in anything she's involved in. I have rated her as excellent in everything for a reason- She does an excellent job. I knew that Carolyn made my needs her top priority and that she protected and guided me. Carolyn kept me well-informed and advised every step of the way. I feel that I made the best choice possible by selecting her as my realtor.
