Buyer reviewCathy helped us navigate and close on our dream home. We worked with Cathy for 6 months and during that time she showed us 50+ houses, 2 of which we were under contract and lost. Cathy stayed optimistic and determined. We finally found our dream house but it was far from a normal sale. It was owned by a relocation company and there were many obstacles and hoops to jump through but with Cathy's experience and knowledge we were able to purchase our dream house and at the price we wanted. We truly believe that if it wasn't for Cathy and all her hard work we would not have closed on this home. She went above and beyond, stayed in close contact during the entire transaction, always asked how we wanted to proceed while also giving her professional advice. She adapted to all situations (polite and professional when needed, but also fierce and pushed back always keeping us in her best interest). We are forever grateful for everything Cathy has done for us and highly recommend her!
