For example, she met the city water department during the day so I did not have to take time off from work. Cathy took the time to listen to what I was looking for in a realtor and for the sale of my home. She made me feel comfortable in areas that I was concerned. Cathy was available and responsive every time I reached out to her. Cathy was the perfect realtor for me. She listened, made great suggestions, listed my home quickly and worked very hard in making sure I had the right buyer.
