Seller reviewChris Sutton listened to and followed our special requirements, particularly in regards to timing, communication, and assistance with getting the place ready, as we were from out of town. He recommended and worked with contractors to expedite the sale and get us very reasonable costs. We achieved the expected sale price. He worked closely with our lawyer to iron out a couple issues, and the closing went off without a problem. All in all, a pleasant, personable realtor to work with on what could have been a trying situation. Thanks Chris!
