Buyer reviewChristine Pratt had a drive for Quest for Excellence always. My schedule is 24/7. It did not matter, time or day she made herself available. The research on a Sunday, or late evening she responded sometimes within an hour, even if she needed to get responses from others. This sale involved a lot of "chiefs" . Her patience was unbelievable. She expedited everything, even though had dependencies on other, always approaching everything positively. I have purchased many homes historically. If it was not for Christine, we would never have accomplished having this home. We attribute her extensive knowledge, her tenacity , professionalism, patience, kindness and just bring an all around a AI g person to make this dream come true. 100+ percentage engagement, drive and excellent financial recommendations and turn around while in bidding wars! Christine is all of this and more! Would definitely utilize again! Christine should provide education to others. Client engagement, knowledge, negotiations and closing. She is awesome!
