Buyer reviewThis was as unorthodox a property as could be and was especially difficult to sort through the myriad of necessary steps to get to settlement.Seller has issues with new people so price negotiation was implemented by us but with good input & direction from Chris. Chris managed to work with and through every difficult situation as the seller was not even represented by a realtor. His patience and willingness to think "outside" the box, work with a difficult situation, respond quickly, never get flustered with changes in circumstances and bring it to fruition was remarkable. Great temperament for a realtor.

Chris almost immediately answered all correspondences and found properties matching our specifications. Once we located a property we were very interested in, Chris helped us secure and close on the property in a very pleasant, timely and efficient manner. Chris was extremely patient and helpful with our multitude of questions and requests.
