Buyer reviewI've know Chris personally for years so I know first hand how hard he is willing to work. Chris never dropped the ball and when I ran into issues with my bank Chris was all over it. He mad sure to follow up and make sure everything was going smoothly. He took care of it all and helped me through every step of by my first house l. I would recommend Chris to anyone. Chris exudes exudes excellence. Every time I called him he answered his phone. If he didn't have an answer to your question he would tell you and then go find the answer. Buying a house is a big deal. Chris made sure everything went smooth and shared my angst when issues arises with the bank (issues completely outside of Chris' control). He would have made a thousand phone calls if that's what it took. Chris was on top of his game throughout the entire process. He took the time to understand my wants and needs. Every time we had to negotiate he always acted in my best interest. He would call me right away with counter offers or negotiating points, offer his advice. He took the time to listen and answer all my questions.
