After graduating from Bloomington High School South in 1992, Chuck attended Vincennes University. The charm and community spirit of Bloomington eventually drew him back to pursue a business opportunity with his brother and start a family.

Chuck's career in real estate was significantly influenced by his wife, Jamie Morris, a fellow CENTURY 21 Agent. Inspired by her dedication to her clients and her impactful contributions to the community, Chuck decided to join the real estate industry.
