After almost 10 years with a national brand, in January, 2014 CJ moved over to the top selling Real Estate office in NE Jacksonville, the Team at Lisa Duke Realty, LLC. CJ is the primary listing agent, serving our sellers and their unique needs.

Between listing and selling Real Estate, CJ is searching for ways to maximize your listing. She is working to identify the target market, and crafting ads that attract attention using the latest technology, tools and trends. You will never see one of CJ's listings say, ?too many upgrades to mention?. CJ knows there is always a way to capture the love poured into a home.

As a native Floridian, CJ lived, worked and played in the very community she grew up in. She believes in NE Florida and its quality of life.

In 2021, CJ moved her home base to SE Tennessee where she continued to list and sell homes. Working remote and traveling back and forth, she closed 45.5 units and almost $13,000,000 in inventory.

In 2024, CJ decided to add Real Estate in Tennessee to her wheelhouse. She is working with the amazing folks at CENTURY 21 Legacy of Maryville, Tennessee where she brings her outstanding negotiating skills and knowledge to a whole new group.

Personally, CJ is still rescuing dogs and cats, while looking to add some chickens, rabbits, goats, sheep and a cow to her 5 acres in Tellico Plains. In her down time she enjoys tending the land, ameliorating the red clay for gardening, foraging for wild plants to heal the body naturally, and evenings by her fire pit with family and friends, old and new.
