Claudia is very knowledgable of the area. Since we are new to the area, she showed us where our kids would be going to school, where the grocery store is, and downtown Valparaiso, just to name a few. She also made it much more personable because she is from the area and her kids go to the schools. Claudia always kept is touch during the buying process. Her communication was great. We would definately choose her again for our buying/selling needs.
