This is the second time Clay Cleveland has helped me with a real estate transaction. He's always been easily accessible and easy to talk with. A tornado hit our house one day before we were to put it on the market. Extensive damage occured. That night, in the pouring rain, Clay went to our property with a flashlight to assess the damage. He showed us the extent of damage by video call late at night. Immediately thereafter, Clay Cleveland helped us find a contractor and plumber quickly. His knowledge of local painters and roofers was invaluable. He was instrumental in the repair of our home so we could hit the market. Once we hit the market, the home sold in hours.

When we contacted Clay after seeing his sign in the yard, he responded quickly to our request to see the home we were at. Clay took care of us without a problem. He took great care of our needs and wants in the sale of our home. It sold the first day without photos. The first couple to enter the home, put a bid on it right away. So there wasn't a need for any other advertising or sales campaign planning. It sold quicker than we expected. We got the price that we were hoping for even after negotiations with the buyers. Clay was a true GEM who worked with us and for us. Always available and receptive to our inquiries along the way. A very good person in every way. We were very blessed to have seen his sign in that home yard even though we didn't purchase that one. He did an excellent job helping us locate this home we are in now. And in the financing of this home. There wasn't a challenge he couldn't take care of for us along the way. This process went quicker than we could have expected. We were so pleased with Clay to say the least. And will recommend him to all who ask us. We hadn't sold or purchased a home in over 30 years so this was new territory for us after so many years and so many changes in this market. We couldn't have had a better person in Clay Cleveland & Century 21.
